Acceptance of Terms By accessing or utilizing the Franchisecap marketplace, investor portal, or franchisor management platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Agreement. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately. ### 2. Marketplace & Non-Brokerage Role Franchisecap operates as an institutional information platform and matchmaker facilitating discovery between prospective franchisees and franchisors. Franchisecap is not a broker, underwriter, or registered financial advisor. All prospective investors are expected to conduct independent commercial, legal, and operational due diligence before entering into franchise agreements. ### 3. Verification of Unit Economics Unit economics, revenue ranges, payback estimates, and store margins displayed on brand profiles are submitted by franchisors and audited on a best-efforts basis against historical store P&Ls. Projections represent estimates and do not guarantee future commercial performance. ### 4. Investor Representations & Net Worth Users registering as Retail or Institutional Investors represent that all financial disclosures, investment horizons, and capital capacities submitted through the platform are accurate and verifiable. ### 5. Intellectual Property All content, algorithms, UI components, financial calculators, and trademarks displayed on Franchisecap are proprietary to Franchisecap Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. ### 6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the commercial courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
